SUNSHINE JUICE (サンシャインジュース)

SUNSHINE JUICE was born in 2014 as the first cold-pressed juice specialized store in Japan.

As we traveled around the country encountering delicious fruits and vegetables, we found out that the best way to enjoy them was to take a bite, quite literary, straight from the tree.

From the very beginning our goal has been pretty simple; To extract nutrients from nature, and deliver it to the body while preserving the plant’s energy as much as possible. Our passion has only grown stronger over the years.

In a way, anyone can make juice.
You just need a juicer, some fruits and vegetables.

But can you feel the energy of the juice, the natural full-flavored deliciousness, the passion and story leading up to how the juice you’re tasting now came about? Can the juice resonate to your senses?

In one bottle of SUNSHINE JUICE, we’ve squeezed in over 1kg (2.2 lbs) of vegetables and fruits grown in rich lands from Japan’s very north Hokkaido to the very south, Okinawa.

The pulp from our juice is up-cycled to make vibrant natural dye for coloring aprons, nutrient and tasty soup stock, and finally fermented into compost (fertilizer) used to grow the next fruit and vegetables.

When I drink SUNSHINE JUICE, I feel directly connected to the plants, nature, and the environment. My taste buds are delighted, the energy from the plants permeate. My eyes open wider, and my body and mind feel better.

As soon as you drink our juice, you feel this sensation. And that’s what we want to share, with as many people as possible.

Because when our body is healthy and we feel better, our mind works better, and we can reset our daily lives. Our smiles get bigger, and we start appreciating others, our world, and nature even more.

Imagine having more days like this.
