Shipping during Golden Week

Information about shopping at our online store during Golden Week.

We will be closed for shipping from 5/3 (Fri) to 5/7 (Tue).

Orders placed by 12:00 noon on Friday, April 26th will be delivered by Thursday, May 2nd.

Shipping holiday period: 5/3 (Fri) - 5/7 (Tue)

Period when date and time cannot be specified: 5/6 (Mon) - 5/9 (Thu)

For the fastest shipping without specifying a date and time, orders placed before the morning of Wednesday, May 1st will be shipped by Thursday, May 2nd. Orders placed from the afternoon of Wednesday, May 1st through Tuesday, May 7th will be shipped starting from Wednesday, May 8th.
