How does Sunshine Juice differ from vegetable juices usually sold on the market?
Vegetable juices usually available on the market are made by crushing ingredients and blending them with additives, then concentrating them at high temperatures and diluting them with water or heating them at high temperatures for a long time. Sunshine Juice is 100% natural and plant-derived, made only from the water content of the ingredients that is extracted by pressing the ingredients.
How is Sunshine Juice different from a smoothie?
Sunshine Juice uses a cold press process to press the ingredients into juice. During the pressing process, insoluble fiber is separated out, so the nutrients can be consumed as a liquid without straining the internal organs. Because smoothies are made by grinding ingredients in a high-speed juicer, some nutrients are lost due to the frictional heat, but the insoluble fiber is still available. This requires the work of internal digestion.
How is Sunshine Juice different from other companies' cold-pressed juices?
Sunshine Juice uses mainly selected ingredients that we have convinced ourselves by visiting producers in various parts of Japan to see and talk with them on site. Please enjoy our juices that are filled with the producer's commitment and thoughts.
Is there any difference between Sunshine Juice's fresh and frozen juices?
Fresh juices are made from vegetables delivered to the store, pressed daily at the store, and served fresh. Frozen juices are made using the same ingredients and cold-pressed method as in the stores, but they go through the minimum sterilization process required by Japanese food sanitation for distribution through online stores and other channels. For this reason, we partner with a factory with unique know-how to manufacture our products.

How to drink

When should I drink juice?
There is no specific timing, but it is recommended to avoid just before bedtime.
How do you do the cleanse?
Instead of taking no solid food for a day or several days, stay on Sunshine Juice and water only. Drink approximately 2 liters of juice per day and the same amount of water as the juice. If you are concerned about your body getting cold from the juice and water, it is also recommended to take in some white water or herbal tea. For more information, please click here.

How often should I do the cleanse?
A one-day cleanse once a month is recommended; for those who have difficulty keeping a daily schedule, a half-day cleanse once a week or once every two weeks is acceptable. It is recommended that you incorporate the cleanse on a regular basis according to your own schedule.
How do you drink Daily Juice?
We recommend that you take one bottle daily for one meal a day, especially if you are concerned about overeating on a daily basis, as it will give your organs a rest while providing you with a good amount of nutrients.
How do I thaw frozen juice?
Place in a bowl of water and it will thaw in about 10minutes. Alternatively, you can thaw it in the refrigerator.
How can I incorporate chaga?
The easiest way to take it is to dissolve 1 to 2 grams (about 1 teaspoon) in 200 to 300 ml of water or white water and drink it. You can also blend it into coffee or tea, or add it to sauces and dressings. 1 to 2 grams per day on a daily basis is recommended.
Is there an upper limit to chaga intake?
There is no upper intake limit, but it is recommended that 1 to 2 grams per day be incorporated daily on a continuous basis.
How can I incorporate the turmeric blend?
The easiest way to take turmeric is to dissolve 1 to 2 grams (about 1 teaspoon) in 200 to 300 ml of water or white water and drink. It can also be blended with soy or almond milk, or mixed with rice and served as turmeric rice. 1 to 2 grams per day on a daily basis is recommended.

How many days after ordering will I receive my order from the online store?
We prepare for shipment in order of receipt of orders, and as a rule, we ship within 7 business days. Please check our website and SNS for information on Golden Week, Obon, and year-end and New Year holidays, as they are subject to change.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to system reasons, we basically cannot accept cancellations at the customer's convenience. Please understand this in advance.
I forgot to enter the coupon code. Can I apply it later?
Due to system reasons, coupon codes cannot be applied to orders after payment has been completed.
I would like to change my payment method.

We sell fresh cold-pressed juices pressed daily at the store, juice salads sold only at the store, and products handled through our online store. Fresh cold-pressed juices are also available seasonally. Please check here for details.

Is there a minimum duration for the subscription service?
The subscription service is offered at a reduced price in exchange for continued use, and a minimum of three consecutive subscriptions is required.
Please note that we will not be able to process cancellations without confirmation of at least three valid payments.
Can I change my credit card for the subscription service?
Please login to your account login page here and change your credit card from "Subscription List" > "Check Details" > "Change" under "Payment Method Credit Card".
Can I change the delivery date for subscription service?
Please log in to your account login page here and select "Subscription Purchase List" > "Check Details" > "Change" in the "Scheduled Delivery Date" column to select and save your desired delivery date.
Can I change the quantity of my subscription service?

Can I skip my next delivery?
