Refund policy

Please note that we do not accept returns for personal reasons.

In case of defective products, please take a picture of the defective part within 7 days of receipt of the product and attach it to the e-mail to be sent to us, and we will respond by refunding the defective product after confirming the defect. In this case, no return is necessary.

Some e-mail services, e-mail software, anti-virus software, etc. may recognize the e-mail as spam and not deliver it correctly.

(Especially for users of free email services such as Hotmail)

If so, please check your spam folder or check your service or software settings.

※Please note that we cannot accept defective products that meet the following conditions

  • ・Merchandise that has been in the warehouse for more than 7 days after delivery
  • ・Damage or defacement caused by the customer's negligence
  • ・Returns due to customer's convenience (wrong image, wrong order, etc.)
  • ・secondhand goods
  • ・If the recipient of the order is different from the person who placed the order, except for defective products

The procedure is as follows

  1. Within seven 7days of receipt of the product, please email the following information
    • ・Your Name
    • ・home address
    • ・Mail
    • ・defective point (Please attach a photo in case of damage, etc)
    • ・Order number (found in the order confirmation email sent to you)
  2. As soon as the email is confirmed, we will guide you through the refund process.
