About Store Facilities：
A mobile off-grid juice bar powered by collected waste oil and equipped with solar panels. In collaboration with PoCTECH, tsu-mu solar panels are installed on the roof of the vehicle to generate electricity for this off-grid mobile shop. In addition to conventional diesel fuel, the vehicle can be switched to run on used cooking oil from restaurants and households, enabling it to run on waste oil. The vehicle body was modified by DRIVETHRU® to a bio-diesel specification, based on the Mazda BONGO FRIENDEE base body.

Store Concept：
Sunshine Juice “TEMPURA” Wheels is the world’s first (according to Goodnature, USA) mobile off-grid biodiesel cold-pressed juice production and service vehicle. Using freshly harvested local fruits and vegetables available only in the places we visit, we offer cold-pressed juices and raw foods that maximize the natural energy and nutrients of the ingredients, contributing to the health of our community. While keeping our environmental impact to a minimum as we travel, we will also share information across a wide range of fields—including the natural environment, energy, food, agriculture, and health—wherever we go.
