1 liter RhubarbBeets (Beets、Rhubarb、Seasonal Citrus)

This is a blend of ruby rhubarb and beets—vibrant red vegetables grown at the foot of Mount Yatsugatake. Although both are red, rhubarb contains anthocyanins and beets contain betacyanins. Both are types of polyphenols with high antioxidant properties. Furthermore, the nitrates in beets and the citric acid in rhubarb help relieve fatigue, so this juice may help alleviate the tiredness often felt as we transition from summer to fall! This well-balanced juice combines the refreshing tartness of rhubarb and seasonal citrus with the gentle sweetness of beets.

※It is said that “sennosides,” a compound found in rhubarb, can cause uterine contractions. Please refrain from consuming rhubarb if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

●How to drink On the day of the new moon, drink 200-300ml of juice every 2 hours starting in the morning. You can cleanse more effectively by drinking non-caffeinated beverages (hot water, natural remedies, herbal teas, etc.) in roughly the same amount as juice, without solids.
