① Curcumin in turmeric promotes alcohol breakdown and activates liver function!

Turmeric is a plant with high medicinal value that has long been used in Chinese medicine and Ayurveda, the traditional Indian medicine. Curcumin, the main component of turmeric, promotes the decomposition of alcohol and activates liver function.

② High antioxidant properties prevent skin problems such as the development of blemishes, wrinkles, dullness, and sagging!

Curcumin, the main component of turmeric, is also said to have antioxidant properties. Antioxidants are produced in the body, but they gradually decrease as we age. In order to compensate for the decrease in antioxidants, take turmeric to protect the skin from oxidation and prevent skin problems such as the development of blemishes, wrinkles, sagging, and dullness.

③ Curcumin keeps cholesterol levels down and prevents oxidation of bad cholesterol!

Curcumin, the main component of turmeric, has a lowering effect on cholesterol levels and is expected to improve blood sugar levels. It also prevents oxidation of bad cholesterol, thereby preventing arteriosclerosis and improving blood flow.
