We visited the fields of "The Farmers" in Ichinomiya, Chiba Prefecture at Sunshine Juice Wheels, a new mobile Sunshine Juice store that runs on a hybrid of waste oil and light oil and uses off-grid solar power.
The beets grown in "Cosmic Compost", a vegetable compost made by fermenting juice dregs, were just growing, and I made a toast with the fresh beets that had just been removed from the soil and made juice on the beach right next to the field. !
