From Ichinomiya City, Chiba Prefecture, we have received beets, a material that has a shape of "circulation"!

“Cosmic Compost ,” a project to compost juice lees with the cooperation of the Farmers in Ichinomiya and Ome farm in Ome.

From now on, many of the vegetables grown in this soil will come back to the store and become raw materials for powerful juice.
A lot of "circulation" material will appear, so please look forward to it! ︎

Beets made from compost are being used at the Ebisu store today and tomorrow! I hope everyone will drink the juice and feel the “circulation experience” that is so simple, visible, and can be felt with the body.
