Based on his abundant knowledge and experience in food and health, we will continue to deliver health to everyone with the power of nature.

Dr.Aris is currently 74 years old. I have lived on a vegan diet for the past 50 years and a raw diet for 45 years. Born in Panama, moved to the United States, obtained a master's degree in linguistics and a doctorate in food science. After opening his own raw food restaurants and juice bars in Los Angeles and New York, he also advised restaurants and juice bars in Jamaica and Brazil. I am currently based in Panama. He has won the "Best Vegetarian Chef" award in the United States many times, and has been catering raw food and cold-pressed juices to famous celebrities, including politicians, artists, and business people.

This time, we will provide Sunshine Juice customers with products and services based on the concept of "Sun Fired" (food cooked by the sun). In the future, we are planning to plan a retreat tour with Mr. Aris in Japan and Panama, so please look forward to it!
