At BRING CIRCULAR TAKAO, a popular restaurant for hikers and mountain climbers near the trailhead of Mount Takao, you can enjoy curry made with SunshineJuice's juice pulp (the fibrous part of vegetables that is left out when juice is extracted using the cold-press method).
