Freshly squeezed cold-pressed juice!

Available in 3 sizes: 200ml, 400ml, and 1L.

You can purchase cold-pressed juice made with about 1.5 kg of vegetables per bottle, mainly kale and beets, starting from one bottle.
In addition, all of our easy-to-drink fruit-based menus, such as seasonal citrus and apples, seasonal menus using seasonal ingredients, and nut milks, are fresh juices squeezed with the large GoodNature X-1 juicer in our store.

Juice cleanse sets available without reservation!

The 1-Day Juice Cleanse is a detox where you replace all your meals for one day with juice to rest your digestive organs.
You can choose any 6 bottles of juice from our store.
(We can also suggest recommended combinations!)
For those who find "one day a bit too challenging," we offer a half-day cleanse, and for those who "want to undo yesterday's overeating," we have a Reset Yesterday set, so please feel free to try fasting.

A hidden popular menu item! Juice Salad!!

Sunshine Juice's original Juice Salad can currently only be found at the Ebisu store and Kyoto Lab.
It's an edible juice made by grinding kale, celery, and apples with a special machine (this breaks down the cell walls of the vegetables, significantly increasing nutrient absorption compared to raw vegetable salads), and then topping it with nuts and chia seeds.
You can also add passion fruit, tahini (raw sesame paste), cacao nibs, and various superfoods to your liking.

Points at the Ebisu store never expire!
