Juice Nature Experience Trip new moon note February 2025.

It's the new moon of February. How is everyone doing?
This month's special juice is celery juice !
This 100% cold-pressed celery juice is more delicious than you can imagine. We sell it at this time every year, and it's a blend that many people enjoy. We squeeze the juice from the wonderful celery called "Abare Celery" in Aichi Prefecture and celery grown on a bassed farm in Hayama, and it's really full of energy and you can really feel the effects it has on your body. It's an amazing juice that's surprisingly sweet and even a little creamy.
It improves your skin, relieves swelling, and has a detoxifying effect that flushes out all the toxins that built up in your body during the winter, as spring approaches. Celery grows in the sun, absorbing the local water, and converts it into "water" that is full of aroma, flavor, color, and benefits. Drinking this water (juice) packed with plant energy will give you a sense of connection to nature, and it will really help you trip.
I highly recommend this book about celery juice! If you read it, you will understand how amazing it is!
Whenever I drink this pure celery juice, I feel like listening to my favorite song, I Am Water , by Takagi Masakatsu.
On a different note, I heard something the other day when I was talking to a friend. Time is relative and how we feel about it depends on the environment we are in. Apparently, if we assume that a human lifespan is about 80 years, the sense of time from age 0 to age 8 is the same as the remaining 70 to 75 years. It's true that as we get older, the sense of a year ending gets shorter and shorter, and before we know it, a month has passed and we're at the new moon.
Recently, the sun has been rising earlier in the morning, and I can feel the trees tingling with buds. As time flies by, I want to live my life by fully appreciating what is in front of me. (This is also a reminder to myself.)
I'm happy that this year I can feel spring approaching more than usual. Is it because I experienced a cold winter in Kyoto for the first time? (It seems to have been warm this year though...) I hope you all have a beautiful spring. I look forward to seeing you in Ebisu, Kyoto and all over the country.
