What does it mean to "believe"? new moon note July 2024

The July new moon has arrived, and so has summer. Sorry for the wait, it's time for watermelon juice!
Among the juices made by Sunshine Juice, watermelon juice is one of the most popular. Every summer, many customers enjoy drinking it. This year, we have completed our watermelon juice again. It will be available in stores and online soon as this month's special blend.
It's going to be a hot summer this year, so why not cool down with some natural drinks and stay comfortable?
Since the end of June, I have been fortunate enough to have been approached by Dr. Aris LaTham, a Panama-based food scientist who is said to be a legend in the fields of raw food and juice, and have been participating in a publishing project for a fantastic book that I hope will become the bible of raw food and raw juice.
Dr. Aris LaTham
People involved in filming, acting and production gathered from Panama, the US, Jamaica, Kenya, Argentina and Japan, and every day from 8am to 8pm they met, prepared, worked and filmed, and although it was a busy day, there were wonderful realizations and learnings. Working with people from all over the world with the same mindset was very stimulating and I learned a lot, and I really felt the greatness of raw food and raw juice. Every day we had unlimited juice all day, and for one meal we all made something for filming, and we took turns making and eating raw food meals, and I felt my body getting better.
There is a vast field nearby where avocados, papayas, durians, and coconuts grow wild, and I made various drinks and meals using ingredients from there. I thought, "Oh, this is not available in Japan, but what can I use instead in Japan?!" I hope to be able to share what I learned this time with you all in some way.
We also interviewed Dr. Aris, so we will be sharing that with you on Juicy Talk soon. We hope that as many people as possible will listen to what he has to say, become interested, and become healthier!
One of the people who participated in this project was Rootsman, a Jamaican who lives in New York.
He is a very bright and positive Rastaman who is doing various activities in NY. He was always talking and sometimes I would say "Shut up!" but he was a really nice guy. This is what he said to me when I was sitting on the grass drinking juice and talking to him before work in the morning.
"hey nori, you know the difference between believe and trust?"
(Do you know the difference between believe and trust?)
"trust has TRU in it, believe has LIE in it. you always have to trust, you want the truth."
(In TRUst there is TRU (truth), in beLIEve there is LIE (lie). Truth is good!)
Although both of them mean "believe" in Japanese, there is a difference in their meaning.
"Trust has the nuance of believing something is true or correct without evidence, reason, or proof. In Japanese, the closest nuance is "shinrai" (trust) . It is also a more weighty word than "believe ."
"Believe" means to believe in something, to think that something is correct, to accept that something is correct, to acknowledge that something is correct or true, to accept something positively . The object of belief is an "event." This includes opinions, assertions, facts, phenomena, things, etc.
It said:
Even if there is no evidence or proof, if you believe it to be the "truth" in your heart, then follow it. You don't know what the outcome will be, but you can be honest with the voice of your heart that you believe in, without listening to the various annoying comments that you make. It was a new moon that I felt while talking with Rootsman that I want to live by "believing" in the voice and feelings of my heart.
There are more things than just evidence and proof, and the real truth and interesting things hidden in places that cannot be seen. Are you able to tune yourself to be able to accept it gratefully? There are many things that you cannot do by yourself, and it may not be the result you want in the short term, but I want you to imagine and believe in what you would like to be in essence, and enjoy what is born in that dimension. Summer is about to begin!
Have a great summer everyone!
